2010 C63 or 2008 CLK black?

hey, guys.

i am looking at getting a 2010 C63. in my research/on-line searching, i came across a couple of 2008 CLK black series (one with 10k miles, one with 20k miles). the C63's i've seen are at around $76,000 and the CLK blacks are at around $86,000. i'd love to hear everyone's opinions as to which is more preferrable, all things considered.

thanks.

I was in the same boat two months ago. I pick c63 and don't regreat it. clk black is an awesome car but it not convenient as a dd. Not sure about the insurance rate but i would think the bs will be higher too. If you are going to use the car as track only like alqamzi said or weekend only car then clk 63 bs is the car for you. c63 is an awesome car too.

Yes
Also keep in mind the electronics/nav/etc will all be updated in the C63 vs the BS.

Depends what you want....BS has taken a huge hit in depreciation already, if that matters to you.

I'd have to vote CLK63 Black Series, sorry guys. I love my C63, but if I had the $$$ I would have gone with the black series.

I just saw a silver CLK63 BS on my way to work the other day. It has such a presence on the road that I have to vote for the BS over the C63. If you are considering the BS then a coupe is not an issue for you. I'd definitely go for it if warranty length was not a consideration.

The C63 is a grear car - but the black series is a level above it. If the rear seats don't really bother you, and the price difference is swingable, I'd get the black series. Overall I think its a more exciting car - both to drive, and look at. It's definitely a hard decision though, because the C63 is really right up there too - it's not a night and day difference, but a more subtle one when you drive in the real world. (Track the black series is superior)

I looked at both very seriously and ended up with the C63. If I didn't need the rear seat once a week or so, the Black would have been a slam dunk. I still want one.

BS

Financially speaking, the BS has already depreciated, the C63 is going to leave you holding the debt.

If you want a bad *** looking car go with the black series.

If your looking for a fast car in the 1/4 mile and standing mile go with the c63 with a tune.

The clk black ran 166mph at Top Gun Run and 3 different C's all ran faster.
