my friend has a s4 i think its a ews or something it either a stage 2 or stage 3
Im stock with fresh set of rubber on the car can i take him ?

He should beat you to 60, but after that our displacement should take care of the rest. 
Some S4s running GT turbos and Methanol injection are putting ±500 whp weighing in at 3,500 lbs. My old 2001 S4 felt faster than my current E63, but my top end wasn’t near what these 6.2LV8s have.

You mean "sub-4-seconds" from 0-60mph, right?
I know the Stage 3 S4 may be AWD, but it won't be in Bugatti Veyron territory for 0-60mph.

First of all its not my dad's lol and i got the specs on it, it has twin rs4 ko4 turbos and like giac stage 3 or something he doesnt have a dyno but said some where around 400hp

thats KO4 turbos, and if hes got gutted downpipes, the cars running 11s solid in the 1/4, and hes running ~400whp (more with more mods)
so no, you dont have a chance.
if its a stage II with a giac tune, then i'd say 50/50, and i would recommend you slam off from a roll or you are gonna get embarassed.

I raced a S4 the other day and this one was not stock at all he hung with me from a 60 mph roll and he stuck with me till about 120-130. The only time I was gaining alot distance was when I got to 140.. We did a few more pulls and he would sick right next to me on every pull till we got over 120 even when we were weaving in and out of cars on the Taconic PKWY. I'm not sure what this car had in it but know it was a bi-turbo but had quad exhaust and a body kit but there had to be a lot more work under the hood cause that Audi was real fast.
