Airfilter Replacement recommendation ?

You probably don't need to. I know a few guys here who have done before/after dyno runs with little to show for k&n improved hp. You can take out the charcoal filters though.

I am unsure what an air filter change will do but I am sure the Charcoal filter delete did help quite a bit. here is a dyno comparison lowest being stock, and the second graph after a tune, the 3rd after the charcoal delete. My next project is the Non US airbox w/c is already on dyno scheduled soon

I have good history to tell. I did a 600 mile round trip from Tucson AZ to the Gran Canyon AZ and I average around 22-23mpg with my bone stock C63. I then did another much longer trip(1700miles trip from Tucson to San Antonio and back) and got an average of 1.5 to 2 MPG better with the addition of K&N filters and charcoal removals.
honestly, I can't tell the diference in power but for around $110 cost I think it is worth buying them for the MPG enhancement. my .2c
