Totally regret buying my Hankooks
After putting 3000 miles these tires are crap sorry to say. I'm very disappointed, the first month they were great, but now traction and confidence feeling isn't there anymore. And there wearing very fast. Even when I had the pirelles at 7000 miles they felt better than these hankooks. Definitely switching to a different brand when these finally blow.

One of the track masters who post here said that he trashed a set of Hankooks in less than one day on a road course. Sorry you "took an arrow" for the rest of us and I hope your next choice works out better. My suggestion would be Dunlop Star Specs. 6 track days and 5,000 miles: ordering new rears but fronts are great.

Have to say the same with my Falkens FK-452's...I like the cornering and wet-traction, but do not at all feel they give me any better traction than my worn pirellis from a dig.
I looked at the Nittos...but was told not to expect more than 2-3K with spirited driving...
I guess it's hard to find the happy medium.

Just one review. How hard do you drive? I'm having a set of v12 installed as I type. I've heard lots of positive reviews so I'll see how it goes. Plus someone I trust highly recommended these.

On you Dunlop Star Specs, curious what size you are running. I am looking at this same tire, but they do not come in an XL Load Range which is the requirement for W204. Maybe its ok to not run XL Load Range Tires on this car ? Just looking for some clarification.

Sorry to hear this. I would think some massive burnouts would be in order to put the Hankooks to rest once and for all.

Maybe you'll have better luck than me...I got 2300 miles from OE P-Zero rears, 2700 from next P-Zero rears, 2100 from NT-05 Rears, about 3K each from next 2 sets of rears (Toyo T1-Rs) and am now onto a set of Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas.

I had NT01's on my other car for mostly track but they were horribly noisy on the street, are the NT05 quiet? And how do they ride compared to, say the OEM P zeros?

That was just ONE burnout I did with THOSE tires at a CAR meet.(honestly).....I dont drive around and do burnouts all day. The tires still have thread on them, but feel really weak, as opposed to the pirelli which felt a lot stronger all the way down to the wire. Good find Super, now everyone thinks im crazy!
