Anyone else get HOT inside the car?
Hey guys,
Just got the car today, drove around 250km tonight (150 miles) and I have to say, the one main gripe I have with the car is it gets damn HOT inside the car, and it is hard to keep under control.
Like, its like the driver and passenger footwell's get really hot, and also the back of the rear seat and inside the boot. My rear passengers were saying to me to turn the rear seat warmers off, and they were surprised when i told them there was none!
I am assuming all of this is from the exhaust, or is it just I have some settings wrong somewhere?
Cheers,
Alex

Temp set to 60.
Pop up the sunroof.
I normally leave at least one window cracked or the sunroof crack to control the temp. She sure does run hot.
Its also has the advantage of hearing the beats growl.

Alex , I dont know if you have worked this one out yet but on the aussie cars you have to hit the recirculate button on the air con every time you start the car, even then it turns itself off after a certain amount of time.

The car is white with black interior.
I guess I'll have to play around with settings for the air and find something that suits. I was thinking maybe it was the "Engine Temperature Recirculator" thingy malfunctioning, we'll see.
jjb03 - Wouldn't I want to NOT have recirc on? as in, get fresh air from outside? If I am hitting the A/C I always turn the recirc on, but I am trying to find just a blow air solution.

If you dont have recirc on you are pumping warmer air in straight from outside including fumes etc.
Having recirc on is continually pumping already cold air from inside the cabin thru the air con again. Its the only way to get really cold especially here in oz.
