Deactivate keyless go??

Deactivate keyless go??
Is there a way to activate or deactivate the keyless go? I was playing with the range and locking and unlocking. Now it does not open my doors automatically or lock when I touch the button on the handle?
The buttons on the fob works fine.
My next step would be check the batteries, I guess, but the fob still works??

Odd, no problems here. 
Key in pocket, walk up to car, grab handle, car unlocks, sit down, foot on brake, press "Start" button, car starts, drive, arrive at destination, park, press "Start" button, car shuts off, exit car, close door, touch little square on door handle, car locks.
Rinse and repeat twice daily.

This has more to do with security. If the range is greater anyone can jump into your car and steal it. Imagine going into starbucks to get a coffee and the someone is able to start your car because you are still with in range.
