Yes it is.

How does the C63 compare to your ISF?

Point the key at the little sensor on the driver's door handle from a few inches away and hold down the Unlock button: all windows + sunroof open.

Point the key at the little sensor on the driver's door handle from a few inches away and hold down the Lock button OR touch and hold the lock sensor on any of the 4 door handles: all windows + sunroof close.

For KEYLESS GO cars, even more fun can be had...

Hold your finger on the square recess after the doors lock and the windows/sunroof/sunshade will close.

If you want to drop the windows, press and hold the square recess for a second (doors will lock), then immediately pull the handle out about 1/4" - windows will drop and sunshade/sunroof will open.

All without removing the key from your pocket

Only had the C for two days, but so far, the transmission is better on the F. The mileage is a bit more on the C. Road feel on the C is much better. The power, torgue, sound, seats on the C kicks ***!! The F is a great car, but the C is in a different world. Based on what I know right now, I would take the C every time!

Waiting to see how it performs on the track.

Love this feature when I come back from a run. Cools the car interior.

Really, how is it better? Same modes as the C?

I was searching for a way to do this without taking out the key

But out of the 14 times I tried it I got it to work once, and it stopped halfway. Tricky little bugger.

Regarding modes, the F has snow, normal and sport. When in sport, it changes gears much faster than what I feel the C does. That is just my impression. Take a F for a test drive and see for yourself. Make sure you have itsport mode. I am sure the MCT transmission will kill the F when it eventually comes out.

No, that's just your impression. Since the IS-F has 8 gears it seems as if it was faster because you can barely feel the shifting. I know this because I owned an LS460L for 1 year and it shares the same transmission as the IS-F.

BTW: Your Lexus can also open/close the windows and sunroof and you dont have to point the key at the door... Just have to be close.. Try it ;D

Sorry, but I disagree, the F changes faster.

And the F only had open, not close.

I don't know about the F, but the C's adaptive transmission (what a pain...) can be laggy and slow, or it can be super responsive.

Is the transmission supposed to change quicker in S or M Mode? What about ESP-sport mode?

M is faster than S, which is faster than C.

ESP doesn't have anything to do with gearshift times.

"The different modes - "S" (Sport), " C" (Comfort) and "M" (Manual) differ in their shift characteristics and speed: gearshifts in "S" mode are around 30 percent faster than in "C", and no less than around 50 percent faster in "M" mode."

Within the modes it still seems to adapt. Tend to drive it like a granny and it will be lazy for you, tend to wail on it and you'll get more responsiveness.
