any changes of any kind expected, interior or exterior, how long left for the V-8 w/o turbo?

 

I also would love to know. I have an August 20 build-date and am aware of a few supposed changes, such as: heated seats now a $750 option rather than standard, Performance 2 is now standard, but does not include dual HID, etc. That's now part of a lighting package for approximately $985. Also, the wheels say standard 5-spoke single color finish vs. dual color finish on the 2010 order guide. There is apparently no way to order the 16-spoke wheels that are visible on the C63 shown at mbusa.com. And last but not least, I think (but am in no way confident) that the steering wheel is now 4-spoke instead of 3-spoke, which would not be an upgrade in my opinion. Please add more as I am a complete noob. Thanks.

 

Oh, forgot to add that all of the options appear to have increased in price by 1.5% so LSD is now $2,030 for example. But, oddly, my dealer still does not know the base price.

 

I'm in the same situation. August build date with no specifics available. I also would like some 19" wheels. I'm also interested to know if the Harmon Kardon is available as a standalone option, because I don't want NAV. My dealer gave me similar info. P2 was converted to the lighting package with non-lighting bits included in the base. I'm waiting for my:

the 19 in wheels that are on the euro C63 dont look as aggressive as the 18s the MBX .uk and .de sites dont show alot of differences the us website hasnt been updated yet, have either of you considered euro-delivery?

 

Euro delivery would be fun if I had the time. Maybe for my next car I will schedule a European vacation too...

 

I have the 3rd decade of JUNE build date, so I guess June 20-30, and I still have no idea what is going on with the car.

When I went and spoke with my dealer, he said the same thing. He wasn't exactly sure of the options.

Yup, I saw that document too. LED lights are not included in the C63. Only for regular C-class.

I asked the dealer and he said most probably the reason why they did not put LED is perhaps there isn't enough space. Since the engine is bigger than regular C's, it'd be difficult to fit LED lights. According to him.

 

Geez.....that cannot be true.

 

probably not worth it to MBZ, if they are updating the C63 for 2012, not worth it to change anything on body and re certify for crash testing, when they have to do it again in less than a year for the new motor, theres got to be a way to add some official MBZ parts to make your own LED DRLs, I can say on the autobahn they LEDs really help to get other people out of your way, maybe LEDs in the grille or inside the headlamp module or maybe in the front marker light
