Hey Guys,

I just dropped by the shop today and I saw my buddies LT Headers! they look very good. I am pretty sure that the MBH headers are a step Header at least that is what it felt like. I took some pictures.
I think our shop will try and get this baby running today latest tomorrow so we can have another re-match comparo run with the Evosport car. I should be fun.

I think a special thanks has to be given to MBH for getting the Headers out here so fast! I was surprised at the speed of USPS got here within a week.

The headers looks great. I contacted the vendors twice via PM , I was trying to see the headers in person, I knew and I read on an old post that your headers were on the way so I contacted the header's vendor to try to see the quality of built in person(driving to Phoenix) but no response yet. By the way, were are the mid sections?

I am hoping to have a chance to see these headers in person in a near future.

Not sure what you mean by mid section!
but he has an exhaust set up already so we just have to connect then together. There headers to my understanding come out to a 3inch so my buddy is running a 2.75'' so I think we shouldn't have any issues there.

but like I said the welds are very clean even on the ''step'' part. usually this is harder to come by because of it being a step bigger. I think the car is going to be fast because I think OEtuning is going to also give him a killer file to mate with awesome Headers already.

I guess we will see but the bad thing is that we neve made a baseline dyno only see the product and install the product.

I'm actually wondering how big of a difference he will do against the Lambo. Its should be very interesting to find out.

Is your car RHD? Im curious to see if they are direct bolt on, as these were made for LHD cars. Let me know how you go as im keen to get a set veeeeeery soon.

the headers seems to be a hard job to install I took a look at the space that was available. now I know why the stock headers are so small.

this point I have to say the stock M3 headers are far better.

so if your going to get headers a pro should install them for sure.

Sorry guys for the long awaited update on the MBH LT headers!

The original headers we go from MBH had a little fitment issue and we had advise Richard. He was very fast in responding and send out a new passenger side header to us. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME.

so the header was installed this morning! And ofcourse and updated Tune.

so we went out after the car was flashed and since we had the V-box why not use it!

so here are the results and conditions:

Temp 102.2F (ground temp.)
pump gas
2 passenger 200lbs + 160lbs
road was a little uneven but flat and with a slight bend.
car was never launched
19'' wheels (R888)
1pm

0-100km/h 4.9sec
80-150lm/h 5.1sec
0-400m 13.2sec/trap 182.3km/h

I think once the ecu learns a bit it will make a slightly better result and cooler temp. would help a lot as well.

we are going to put the car to test next week!

and putting the car on a dyno going to make a custom tune with OEtuning its easy because of the EZ-flash we can flash the C63 in 2 mins.

I'm the bulky one but we are going to put the car on the dyno next week.
we are going to use the EZ-flash from OEtuning to help with quick file process.

3 months later I am trying to resuscitate this post. Any videos or any updates buddy?
Your initial 13.2@113mph(182km/h) with tune and long tube headers brings more questions that answers.
Spit the beans! I think the issue got to be the tune. On our cars it is the matter of hit the gas and go , not much of a driver involvement. I was expecting a trap speed close to 120mph.
