All Season Performance Tires vs High performance Summer Tires
I'm purchasing new tires for my car and realized All Season's tread ware is way higher, also there are mileage warranties...
now the question is what do I sacrifice by not going with summer tires ?

search is your friend. There is one specific thread where one member used Michelin A/S Sport and he got 12K miles out of it and got prorated $$ for a new set. he was real happy with his set up. I am about to do the same and go with 275 width.

it seems A/S tires is not the way to go...
my rear Pzeros are bald, fronts are quite fine...
would it be safe to have 2 different rear summer tires than the front ?

Again this has been discussed many times. Some people are against it, some other (me included) do not believe it is an issue. There is no scientific proof one way or the other.

A good way to get a sense of how long a tire is going to last is look at the UTQG rating compared to the tires you are currently running. If the number is higher then you can assume it will wear longer than your tires assuming your driving style stays the same.. I suspect the driving style across C63 owners varies wildly but the testing that gives you the UTQG number is pretty consistent.

If you're trying to make a C63 have long lasting tires or get good fuel mileage just sell it and buy a honda. Tires are the only thing connecting the car to the road. You make or break the car with tires. A/S tires on a sports car are a no go in general. Just get some michelin 4S , they'll prorate those too.
