Just LOVE it!! Dont paint it keep it as it is and dont paint the trunk also!! That is good weight saving for sure. You will see great difference on the track!! When weather clears up get those pictures! I cant wait to see them.

And I can't really tell, but the do the weaves of the carbon in the roof match the hood?
And I suppose next up is a carbon trunk? Damn, this thing is gonna fly! You need some 0-60, 0-100, 60-130, and 1/4 times!!

.... One of the most brave if not the most brave AMG mods to date. I mean People have rebuilt perfectly fine motors, but who the heck has the ***** enough to cut up their roof? Fantastic job Keith, it looks stunning.

Gorgeous. Fast. Looks right, done right. You have to be thrilled. That is one fine machine and an amazing project. I think the guys in Affalterbach will be watching! Best of luck at the track, can't wait to see the results.

is the weave is different on the hood and roof? 3700+lbs with only 1/4 tank and no driver! thats still one heavy car. you can still strip the interior, carpet, sound deading material (dry ice), trunk lining and spare tire
