Who actually purchased a new C63 for under $55K

OTD means after taxes and license and all other applicable charges that accompany a new vehicle purchase. Is there sales tax in Virginia? If so, you are telling us that the cash price of your car before tax and all the other stuff was around $51K?

taxes/tags/title was no more than $1900 so not quite 51k...more like 53.5-54k
EDIT - I guess if you take out Gas guzzler and destination thats like $2100 and $875 so I guess thats close to 51
I drove upstate to NY to get the car..I'm located in Washington DC

There have been a few people who insist that it is possible to get a new C63 for under $55K.
However it is always "I heard about it" or "a friend did" etc.
Who on here actually purchased a new C63 themselves for under 55K?
I suppose it would have been during last October when the trunk money was available.
I have been looking at inventory in my part of the world, and I have not found o
ne dealer with more than one 2010 C63 in their inventory.
