Who actually purchased a new C63 for under $55K
There have been a few people who insist that it is possible to get a new C63 for under $55K.
However it is always "I heard about it" or "a friend did" etc.
Who on here actually purchased a new C63 themselves for under 55K?
I suppose it would have been during last October when the trunk money was available.
I have been looking at inventory in my part of the world, and I have not found one dealer with more than one 2010 C63 in their inventory.

You've been looking a long time. Here's something to ponder.
The amount of time you're spending to find that perfect deal on a new C63 is almost certainly worth more than whatever savings you'll achieve, and that's not even factoring in the deferral of the amount of fun that you could be having with the car this very summer as you continue your search, for a car that offers more fun than many others costing twice as much.
In short, just buy the car already and start enjoying it.

I'd like to know how or why the dealer sold you that car so cheap. All evidence points to a loser for them. Others should not "expect" the same deal because they're unlikely to get it.

Well I figured because I had a loaded gun pointed at my own head for a minute there...
I guess some people saved about $4K here and there depending on circumstances...

Unless you bought in a state without sales tax, there's no way you were "out the door" at $54K on a car with an MSRP of $68K. Out the door means after all taxes and fees. Unless of course there was a trade-in and the numbers were adjusted downward for both cars.

So you were at $54K plus taxes and fees, right? That's still a remarkable deal, but not out of the realm of possible. $50K for that car, plus taxes and fees, is not a deal anyone could have gotten, in my humble opinion.

well the OP asked the price of the car. so my price was 53k the only other fees i accepted was the 6% sales tax. total was 56180. since the dealer doesnt make anything on the taxes and they are paid directly to the state of Ky 53k is what they got for it. the posts and guys here helped and some other friends that educated me on "floor plans" assisted as well. they had the car and they were paying MB for it every month. when i pointed that out and pitted another dealer agaisnt them they caved and took what i was willing to pay.
yea i have looked (not that its for sale) but .... mine has 6k miles and i could probably get very close to what i paid. but you never know. made me feel better that i got an AMG and didnt take that huge first year hit however.

What we should talk, since sales tax doesn't exist in some states and in other states you only get taxed on the difference between what you traded in and what you bought, is the cash price of the product before all the variables. Forget OUT THE DOOR. What was the cash price on line 1 of the contract.

@HBC350 - you are correct sir! i agree. we should only quote what the CAR cost without all the add ons and fees. those change from location to location. either way last year was the golden time to buy if you could part with the money. the trunk money was just too good to pass up. i couldnt get even close on an IS-F or CTSV or M3. not to mention i prefered the AMG so it was a no brainer for me.

Sorry, no one will give you 60K for your car.
Im in NYC and I paid 52K. If I sold right now with 10K miles I would get about 50K for her. Maybe less.. KBB says 53K. Blackbook says 49K.

Got mine back in August of 2009, loaded with PP expect the CF trim... got $14,500 off MSRP... you do the math. I know quit a few people here also took the advantage when MBUSA had the dealer incentive for C63 back in 2009. I have heard some have gotten as much as $16K off. Do a search, I recall there was a long thread on it, I jumped on it as soon as I saw the second post, even then I had to locate my C63 from Ohio state shipped to NJ.
