Has it really come to this? Where you'd need to imagine something so far off just to get good customer service? Sad...Originally Posted by Jeffield

Perhaps this thread needs to be hijacked - I just finished making my "Airplanes" ringtone - and here's an interesting version of the song, now up to an astounding 848,000+ views.Originally Posted by Jeffield

Dang, I can't believe I read every post...lol
Well as a business owner I know you can't make EVERY customer happy. Believe me, even if you go out of your way to make "it" right, there are still unreasonable customers that aren't happy no matter what. As the seller said, you have to draw the line somewhere...
With that being said... No matter if I was right and how wrong a customer may be, if I found him posting "negative" remarks about my customer service, I WOULD NEVER post back defending myself and DEFINITELY would not call out the customer no matter how pissed I am. It would only make me look worse and most people that post in forums are CONSUMERS and not business owners. Who's side do you think most posters would take?
I definitely am not taking any sides here because regardless if we have both sides of the "story", who's to say whose is right?
The OP (consumer) has every right to post his displeasure and I thank him for making me aware of Eurotech. I am not in any way saying that he isn't or is at fault but he did make it known to me that Eurotech's CUSTOMER SERVICE and ATTITUDE is below par...not because of what he posted about Eurotech, but it was HOW Eurotech responded in this thread. IMO Eurotech didn't do himself any favors posting here...just my two cents
Goodluck to all involved!

Although I didn't read every post I would like to add that especially in a B2C business there is a famous saying, "Buyers are liars!"
However, If you, the sales person, are genuine with your customers then most won't lie. I am sure many of you that have experience in business will agree to the fact that if you come across as a person with a personality, values that you live by, feelings that you are attuned to, opinions that you hold, and that you don’t try to hide from your customer, they won’t lie to you. And if you play your sales person role skillfully, knowledgeably, and enthusiastically, while being genuine, and not intrusive or evasive, they will not lie or create trouble for you.
If Euroteck's customer service attitude would be a bit more professional and more courteous as this is a forum containing a portion of other Eurteck customers and maybe even future customers after this post, then this mess could have been cleared up within the first 2 pages.
Good luck to the OP & Euroteck!

My family have been running our retail business for 25 years now, and I believe no matter if the customer is wrong or right... you should always give him the benefit of the doubt & not make him feel like he's a liar or negligent.
As most ppl stated, this issue should've been resolved in the first 2 pages of this thread. Such an easy & inexpensive fix to save all the dramas... and most importantly, to keep past or future customers.

Gotta love the bathroom artist! I guess, she is trying to add echo to her voice with the use of a soundboard. LOL I love that low end bath towel holder behind her head, that is hilarious!Originally Posted by bhamg

I wonder if she is related to the Scintas of Vegas since she lives here. The Scintas is a brother-sister trio that had their own act. Perhaps she is one of their offspring?

I wouldn't have the slightest but it could well be...she is a total natural and seems as if she has the comfort level that comes with having grown up with that kind of background.Originally Posted by Sincity

I have a Euroteck CF C63 rear diffuser in perfect condition for sale. No cf weave defects, no clear coat issues. New, been sitting in my room for months. PM me for pricing, also avoid drive through car washes, abrasive/acidic solvents when cleaning. Thanks

If you don't know, why bother mentioning it? Much less why even participate in this thread? Of course.. I'm going to stalk you because of a friendly argument, which originated in a thread on a forum, with a city/country/state/town you gave me... Originally Posted by W204 C63

If you actually followed what was said throughout this entire thread, I was asking for your location because that would give me sufficient details to assume whether the gas stations your father goes to either use hydrofluoric acid based cleansers or not. It wouldn't be a 100% accurate assumption, but none the less...ZephyrAMG
