Another Tire question

So... i hate to bring this question up because i feel like it gets asked all the time. What tires are best for DD on the c63. I have the pirelli's on right now and they are garbage...I have absolutely no tread at all and only had them on for about 6k.
I've been told the Nitto Invo are a good tire and have heard good things about the Yokohama AVID ENVigor. HELP!!

Do you want all season or summer?

Summer:
Michelin PS2
Budget wise: vredstein ultra sessanta

and i know nothing about a good all season tire...

I installed Hankook V12 Evos a while back, and have been very pleased with them so far. Even when upsizing to 245/265, they're cheaper, quieter, and more comfy than the stock Pirelli rubber. They also carry a much higher wear rating, though I'll wait to see how long they really last. Burnouts aren't my thing, so I expect good tread life from the set.

I like the 265s, and will probably switch the fronts back to 235s when I have to replace them. They match up better in terms or revolutions per mile. However, if you insist on 245s up front, I think 275s in the rear match up better, at least for the V12s.

I use these and I like them.

BRIDGESTONE POTENZA RE050A POLE POSITION

Running 235 in the front and 265 in the rear.

One h_ll of a tire, and VERY track worthy.

Just don't expect them to last too long my friend.

I only had about 5k on my C32 before they were gone. Bu then again, they were some of my favorite miles, aka Beaverun.

Hey, before you buy, take a look at the Nitto 555's. I put them on my S600, and they cut 1.8 0-60' times and 4.0 0-60 MPH. Not to shabby if you ask me. So far, they are lasting very well, compared to the Bridgestone 050 PP's.

Also Good year GS-D3 is among the BEST tire ever built. By far the best rain tire, and only gives up a tad to the PP's on the track. Drawback is that it costs more than the Nitto's.

Good luck with whatever you pick my friend.

If you're in the market for the INVO you might want to look at the Continental ExtremeContact DW. It's got a 300+ tread rating and it performs really well in dry and wet. Not as stiff as the PZero or other extreme summer tire, but any other high performing max summer tire likely isn't going to give you better tread, stick, or bang for your buck.

Before I switched to the Continental ExtremeContact DWS on my 19's, I had the Nitto 555's and they were great. So far the Conti's are holding up well, have a good ride, and good performance in all weather conditions. I only have 300 or so miles on them so far so I'm not able to give a good review yet on how long they'll last. My last set of Nitto's were great in good weather, but scary in the rain. They lasted over 11k miles which included a couple track days.
