yes, for the plates just barely fit in and is touching the cap, but I haven't had any issues with them so far on mine and haven't had any reported issues from anyone else.

so i just installed the eyelid bulbs and they work PERFECT!! It seems everything that im trying to do with this car has ****ed up because of stupid people screwing up stuff but this is the first time it worked perfect the FIRST time lol..

Sneak peak at what my LED turn signals will look like. This test set was built to the wrong connector unfortunately, but the design will be the same.
I will be hosting a group buy on these with the option to pick between white, orange, and red. Top two colors sold will dictate what two colors I'll carry in the future.

1 set for plates. There are 2 LEDs that can be accessed through inside of the trunk lid. Few screws and pressure pins. There's a DIY on base 204 forum. It'll sit right up against the inner lens cap though. No issues with it so far for past 3 months on mine and none of my customers have complained, but just wanted to let you know if you're not comfortable with that.

Thanks AZN I received the lights yesterday. Just installed a pair of these new lights on one side to replace the ones from the original group buy way back. Now just waiting for nightfall. I'll try to get a picture before I switch out the other side.
Does anyone know if the older lights (with only two LEDs per chip) still turn purple/blue when used for the rear license tag?

Weekly bump.
Status update on turn signals: Rear LED turn signals look great. Front LED turn signals took more test data and have sent to my manufacturer. Hopefully will get a revised version soon.
