Yes they can, but it's not a simple job....I know someone on the base 204 forum did a while back and that was the only instance I've heard of it being done.

I would love to see those mirror signal bulbs in 5000k white! I think it would look really good combined with the eyelids, headlights and fogs.

You can check iJDMToy, but they'll charge you an arm and a leg for their LEDs. E92Lighting perhaps as well as they're sponsors here. You're looking for 10-12000K range
Yes, I totally agree. If it was a simple job, would have done it a long time ago. As it is, even if you swap it out, just the fact that it's a pain in the *** to do, I don't want to risk a burnt out LED and having to disassemble the whole thing again to replace the bulb every time.

First of all I wanted to thank Michael for the quick delivery and great customer service
I bought and installed the 8000k LEDs. It took me 15 minutes to replace all four bulbs in the eyelids and am very happy with the effects. So far no errors. It's raining like crap outside so I just took a few snapshots with my phone.

Make sure you're not plugging them in too far to the point where the resistors are touching the voltage plate. Open circuitry LEDs don't have the natural bump to restrict distance pushed in so it's a fairly common installation mistake. If not, then might have been damaged in transit. If so, I'll send you a replacement. Just PM me your address and the color temp

UPDATE
Due to a culmination in the rise of costs to advertising, component and labor from my manufacturer, shipping material, and post office damages/faulty user install free replacements, I ran the numbers and will have to increase prices slightly to offset these costs and stay viable. Still better pricing than what's out there by my competitors from what I've seen.
A set (2 LEDs) of 5000K LEDs will be $18
A set (2 LEDs) of 8000K LEDs will be $19
2 sets of 5000K LEDs will be $35
2 sets of 8000K LEDs will be $37
3 sets of 5000K LEDs will be $50
3 sets of 8000K LEDs will be $53
4 sets of 5000K LEDs will be $65
4 sets of 8000K LEDs will be $70
PM me if you wish to purchase more than 4 sets.
Prices will become effective Oct 15th.

Really hate doing this, but comes down to I think most of you already got your lights so orders have been slowing down dramatically. Just barely broke even last month and made a rule for myself that if I get 2 consecutive months where I'm in the red, I'll close down shop as really just doing this to help the community instead of as a fulltime job. I'd really be making more just working overtime at my current company

What I think I might do is just order another set from you and keep the one extra bulb and just suck up the bad bulb, I understand your doing this for the community so I'd rather not hold you accountable for faulty parts etc...

Tried what you asked, I have one good bulb and the one that never turned on. Should I send just the bad one back or both?

MTEC makes the best HID kit from my experience. American Titan is also a solid kit. DDM Tuning and Promax are reasonably priced kits and solid, but some have bad ballasts so make sure you get warranty. There are some HID sponsors here you can hit up as well that I know some of you C63 guys are sporting.
