622 HP C63

The GTR's tranny is worlds different from the 7speed which really helps the car out. My buddy with 520awhp did a 11.2 at 127.
With a tune and mid pipes only. Crazy mod responsive car, but that what happens when you buy a turbo car out the door.
I doubt the c63 will ever be an animal at the strip that other cars such as GTR's, z06's 911tts(trapping 140+, going over 200 in the mile) . But the car will be the leader in its class by a long shot!
Heard they have a turbo kit out for the e90/e92 m3 now, lets see if they could pull of some of the things the e46 do with the hpf kit.
(highly doubt it)

You're so close you honestly just need some weight reduction. What wheels do you have on there? Freeing up some rotating mass will do wonders.
Since you're a nitrous guy now, it gets somewhat expensive but what about direct injection. 15-20shot per cylinder.
NANO system....
Seeing as your in central FL, you could skip all of the above and get the car tuned for e85. knock proof.

Anybody knows if a company has an aftermarket tranny (or tranny upgrade) coming up for the C63?
The C63's tranny is good but to run low 10s you need a sick one for a heavy car, or a hell of a light car with tons of power...

They didn't give me a number. I explained the set up and he said it could handle it. Guess we might find out. Hopefully not but I don't know how much the stock tranny will take. We are fixing to find out.

Big +1! I have enjoyed reading and watching your car transform into the beast that it is today. The 60-130 times and 130+ mph traps are the kinda of numbers I hoped for when I first set out modding the C63, but soon realized this wasn't going to be so easy with a 4000 lb car. But you've proven it is possible now!
I don't know much about nitrous at all, other than I've always been scared of it, but is this a dry or wet setup? You mentioned you are running colder plugs, so when you are daily driving this car and/or not running nitrous do you switch the plugs back to stock?
Where/how are you routing the line, from the trunk to the engine?

As of right now, we're still running the same plugs all the time. Only being one step colder isn't having an adverse affect on the daily drivability of the car.

That does NOT include the converter.
Concerning the nitrous and the additional fuel cell:
We do not know what the stock fuel system will supply and I'm not going to be the one that finds out what it is due to a failure.![EEK!](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif)
We are planning to use the nitrous for the mile run and thats a prolonged use of any system. I was concerned that the stock system may not be able to keep up with the demand for a prolonged period compared to a quick 1/4 mile pass. 20-25 seconds is a long spray and fuel need. I know the stock system will maintain the motor needs and the additional fuel cell will supply the nitrous needs. We are also running two different fuels so we can bring up the octane needs as the HP increases. Just thought I would explain why we added the fuel cell when it may not be necessary.

I wanted to suggest that you contact either Paramount Performance or Southern Hotrod for the transmission work. They both build the earlier 5 speed trans to very high outputs and the 7 speed shares many of the same parts. One of the weakest points in both is one of the clutch packs in back called k3. It is very small and normally burns up under heavy load. They both can do the torque converter for you also. It is the same unit as in the earlier trans also.
But if you are hitting the rev limiter on shifts because they are to slow then you need to increase the pressures in the transmission to speed up and firm up the shifts. This is done electronically from the tcu. Tightening up the clearances on the clutch packs will help a bit though.
