Take off the Black Series badge for starters, your going to get a lot of chit for it and rightfully so. Might even make it to the Poser thread

Everything else looks really good, let us know how you did it like the foglights, front bumper side vents, and which grille.

how did you paint your badges? Is the trunk MB star attached with adhesive? Looks great.

 

I like it, other than the black series tag as has been mentioned.. If your going to invent a title for the work you did.. (with all of the blacked out parts), come up with something original of your own and not corny.

Also.. I do have to admit, I am not a fan of the black outlines on the tail light.. just does not look right to me, but that's just my own personnel preference, and probably does not reflect other peoples opinions.

i have seen many non-amg's pose as amg but never seen a amg pose as a black series..... in other words the "Black Series" bedge GOT TO GO

good job in doing blacking out the chrome parts.. do share with us how it was done..

 

hahahaha okok ill remove the black series badge dammm...as far as the painting goes.. i actually had all the black parts sand blasted other then the side vents..those are just vinyl. although i've seen a grill thats been blacked out by vinyl as well and it looks really good. i've also heard if you don't sand blast anything you can just really prep well.. it will look the same and wont come off... the fog light housing was sandblasted as well. then painted with satin black. the tail lights i got from the brabus... what i figured was i've had soo many cars that i've blacked the tail lights completely and i've gotten ticket after ticket so i no longer want to take that path. at least the 5.0 cant stop me for it. oh also all the badges are attached with the 3m adhesive. Thank you guys for your opinions.

 

Good, your removing the Black Series Badge. Other than that, it looks killer. I like the black out badges, looks great on iridium silver.
