I was looking through numerous posts by Andy (MHP), and realized that he was banned? So, does that mean MHP claims and etc are not reputable i.e. untrustworthy and a whole bunch of BS?

The powers that be here do not like him.

There is considerable skepticism over their claim to "tune the transmission" but their parts, especially their long tube headers are proven as evidenced by Dads C 63.

Look at the performance of the cars with MHP products and make your own decision. Dragtimes.com makes a pretty bold statement. You'll figure it out.

Thanks for the info Dad's C63. Definitely some reputable times from MHP. Curiously, does MHP supply parts to an authorized dealer in Malaysia? I'm located in Kuala Lumpur.

He might, but best to contact him direct as he is always willing to take direct calls from overseas customers. He sells alot of overseas so he has the knowledge and ability to address your needs directly and could probably recommend a shop in KL to do install if you buy.

I would email him 1st at Sales@ModernHorsepower.com as there is a 12-13 hours time difference between CET and KL time. Then you could make time to talk. Number is +001 614 940 9523. As far as install goes as per your post on Vath, any good shop should be able to install headers/pipes. ECU are plug-n-play type install. Things such as LSD/crank-pulley require more skills and better tools.
Vath is very good for sure but as with most Euro tuning prices they are very much infalted as far as price is concerned in comparison to US and with exterior mods in CF from Asia.
On warranties, most suppliers will provide warranty of their parts but note that any after-market ECU tunes will null your MB warranty if the dealership wants to enforce this policy. My dealership knows I have Kleemann tune and are fine servicing the car under warranty and know not to touch ECU. It really depends on dealer.
You can't go wrong with either MHP or Vath - depends on value you seek and how much $ you want to spend.

I assume you mean Bradenton Dragway. And we were just there 2 weeks ago. We love going there, just a 2 hour drive each way..... Keep an eye on the 622HP C63 thread, https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...22-hp-c63.html and we'll let you know when we're headed back down that way.

But it does make for some good 60-130 runs on the way home (on a closed course, with professional drivers, and all the necessary medical assistance ready of course)......

Just an FYI, just cause a sponsor is banned, that doesn't mean that their products are bad or they did something wrong. If you choose not to continue sponsoring MBWorld for any reason, your sponsored account gets banned. Sponsorship costs here aren't cheap and if it doesn't make sense from a marketing business standpoint to continue advertising through here, then they just won't renew their subscription.

Or a sponsor can be a pain, mess with customers, etc and get banned that way. Examples are plenty on forums, not only here on MBW, of that as well.

Thanks, I'll try to keep up with the thread. It's just too darn hot to go out there in the summer, even at night.
Be careful out on the road, there are stock C63's in the left lane
