One thing to think about (and we can talk about it on Sunday) is if there is interest in forming a local club for AMG owners, if there is not already one. Such clubs exist for many makes and models. For example, the Mid-Atlantic Cobra Association (MACA) hosts several events throughout the year and is a great way to exchange ideas and see what others are doing with their cars.

We can talk on Sunday. Personally, I'm a much better follower than leader. I mean, I'll certainly do it if no one else wants to, but someone please speak up if he wants to take the lead or co-lead or whatever.

If you want help setting up a web site that isn't connected to the board, I'm happy to help. That's kinda what I do (building web sites).

Though I think the thing with starting any club is figuring out what it will do - not that I'm opposed to just meeting up with people for drinks, food, and staring at pretty cars.

I think we'd also want to get someone into the mix that would want to take point on setting up track days and group buys (maybe).

DMV////AMG Club sounds like a great idea.
