Installed CF vented hood, blacked out light/indicators and updates

Well finally got around to installing the vented hood and the blacked out rear lights and mirror indicators. The installs were pretty straight forward and no major issues. The hood came out well and boy is it light-weight. Still a tons of things to get on the car...just need the time....will this ever end

Next week mods:

CF Instrument cluster
CF front bumper vents
CF AC vents in rear seat
Cf fender inserts/flares
Evo sport blacked out fender indicators
Quaife LSD (upgrading from OEM)
and hopefully CF GruppeM intakes
  1. To the guys who asked me to get them the Euro console rubber mats, I have them and will mail out as promised. Sorry for delays
  2. To those who have spoken for AMG feebies as per other thread, I will be mailing these out next week
  3. To GB CF interior trim - awaiting delivery date from manufacture and will update all of you on ETA
Sorry for the delays here guys, but things have been nuts with end of quarter and business travel.

Dave

Amazing. The hood is awesome! This a just a suggestion, but I think you should paint the mesh in the hood scoops black.

CONGRATS!! Car looks awesome!!!

You are a finatic you know. HA! HA!

You going to black out the trim piece under the front lip of the hood above the grill?? I think that would match the grill better. Just my opinion for what thats worth.

Great job!! BTW, it never ends.

need some feedback on possible direction - once I will paint the top of the grill black the look would be solid black. This would be one option - the other option i am looking at is getting a CF grill as per attached pics. Any thoughts here as to what direction might look better?

Damnit! I knew you would say that! I was hoping to slide by with the cheap OEM grill done in black vs. more $ for the CF version, but I was leaning that way as wellWe are all sick, simply not rational!

Hope to have them in before x-mas. Still need to make arrangements for install etc. Besides, what could be better than cold start with LTH w/o cats with air temp around 35 degrees? Can we say loud

I have both struts installed and it seems fine. Just have to be careful when letting the release go. The think feels like it is going to lift-off! Blacking out vents - have some paint on order. Look forward to seeing pics of yours installed. Thanks for the help on this project - has been a long road, but finally there! Cheers mate, Dave
