On their way. Thanks. Great find.
And I finally just installed black plastic caps to cover the rusty lug bolts since it seems there are no cost-effective black lugs that will do the job on the market right now. They look great. $20.

Is there a DYI out there to install the rear pins or do people go to an MB shop to get them installed?
I assume the front is just a matter of unscrewing the OEM and screwing back the new ones.

Members here said you just need to pop them up & push down the new ones... so it should be an easy install.

a two part procedure and need to be popped on twice.
For the rears, after the plastic pins are removed make sure the
doors are unlocked and push the new pin on until you hear a pop.
Lock doors and push down on pin again until you hear a second pop,
this will seat the pin on the ball joint.

have to be twisted and pulled and the rears are just pulled straight
up.
All my info is from the service tech. I had my car in for an oil change
and had them do the pins for me.

PetroC55, do these pins protrude less than the stock ones? If these pins are shorter and result in me getting stabbed less in the arm every time I go through a drive through then they are well worth it!
Great find, thanks!

Could you post pictures of the final install? Does the set come with the base ring surround as well as the pin? Does the base ring mount in correctly? I only ask as I've previously purchased two similar sets from Ebay only to find out they do not fit- they had to be returned. Real picture would help put my doubt at ease. Thanks.

I've installed two sets of these pins now. The fronts are easy to screw down and to align the logo to your preference. To install the rear pins is even easier. In the unlock position align the logo and push down on the new pin. You will feel a slight "pop." Lock the door and push down on the pin once more...you will feel a second "pop" and the pin is now seated...it's that simple. Do not glue it, it's absolutely not necessary!
