SL Black Series Test Drive - Did it happen?

Did this ever happen? Not trying to start another flame, just wanted to know if you got to drive the car...and if so what were your impressions?

2009 Subaru WRX & 2010 C63
The owner of my dealership brought his to our location the other day. It looked awesome, though no way I was going to be able to drive it.

Ya i did, not enough drive time though. My first impressions were how hard the suspension was, its really rough, The power is nothing like the 63's at all, it has too much power. If you get on the throttle a little too much and let off, the car still pulls after for a second or two after that. I didn't drive it for more then 5 minutes, so i really cant say anything else. Cool experience none the less.

Yes
My SA drove one the other day and said going 70mph the car breaks loose on the highway, it's just sickening power from a stock factory vehicle.

A regular SL65 will break loose at 70 mph on the highway... Not so sickening for a $250,000 supercar.

It has nothing to do with the price, but everything to do with 738 TQ in a RWD nose heavy car that's meant for nothing but straight line acceleration/speed.

I would actually take it a step further to say it was better designed for 100mph+ highway runs. I am sure it might handle "decently" in the right hands but in my brief experience with this beast, I wouldn't trust it too much. It didn't seem to forgiving to me. Kinda scary. Actually very scarry with it's road manners. It feels out of control even way under full tilt to be honest. It didn't feel safe or make me feel confident at all for a road legal car. That said, it is still such an amazing machine although ridiculous for street use. Anyhow I would love to hear another person's input compared to mine but I'm pretty sure it would be the same.

Edit: Sorry _AMG_ if I overstepped and gave my opinion. Since this is a thread for you to reply to.

I'm surprised they didn't try to alter more characteristics/dynamics of the car to help fix that problem I agree with you regarding the SL being nose heavy. In fact, I think the SL in general is naturally nose heavy let alone stuffing a heavy V12 under the hood to make it worse. Since this is a black series version of the SL, I would've liked to see Mercedes/AMG move the engine closer to the middle, reduce engine weight, and maybe change the chasis/aerodynamics a bit more to help offset that problem. It seems that the CLK black series and SLS are a lot more well rounded than the SL black series
