Took the C63 to Malibu tonight :PICS:
Took my car to Malibu tonight and found a nice secluded spot, and decided to snap a couple of pics, thought id share with you guys.

Your car is very clean and the CF on the rear looks great. The rear spoiler reminds me of a ducks tail...LOL. I agree on the CF Lip spoiler and one to balance the rear. Maybe clear or smoked lenses to replace the orange corners on the front fenders.

Thank you Roswell. Ya, i really want to get the JB speed lip. I think its one of the cleanest looking/aggressive front lip out there.

Thank you, It really is a nice driving road. Especially around 5-6 o' clock when the sun is just starting to set.

Its a Nikon D700 W/ Nikon 14mm-24mm Wide angle lens. Im no pro at taking photos, but the picture quality on the camera and lens is awesome.

Haha i agree with the rear lip looking like a duck tail, it really stands out in person. I agree with the CF front lip offsetting the rear, ive been eyeing the JB speed front lip spoiler for a while. I like the look of the ARKYM lip as well but i wish they made one in carbon fiber instead of FRP.
Ive been wanting to paint my reflectors for a while but haven't had the chance, the Clear markers look awesome too.

So Nikon huh? I am in the market to buy a SLR and I am looking at a T1 Canon at Costco right now for a great price. Gets me motivated to buy a great camera and do nice shots with different lighting like you.

Great pics. I've never been a fan of silver cars but with this background and some Vorsteiner gizmos in the back it looks amazing

My favorite color and your work makes it really stand out.Iridium silver really accents the cars body lines, its a great looking color no matter what type of light its in. It really does stands out.
BTW my brother in law has the T1 and its a great camera.

I was actually debating between a black or silver C63. Ive never owned a silver car so i thought why not.
Ya, i love the wide angle look as well, it has that "In your face" look. Hopefully this Christmas ill get myself a normal lens. lol
For sure, That will be awesome. Next time i head out there ill PM you so we could roll.
It would be cool if we could get a bunch of other AMG's to join in.

Wish I lived in Malibu. Dallas can not compare!! I recently got smoked side markers and they really do improve the look........

Let me take a pic and send to you. They are lighter than I thought, but look much better than the orange IMHO. Also, seem to be darker depending on the viewing angle....

The orange reflectors really look outta place on the C63. The painted or smoked markers would make it really nice.
