Nissan GTR vs c63 amg
You will see that the tuned only c63's mine (MHP) and emerice (Eurocharged) beat 3 Nissan GTR's buy 10mph in the standing mile.
The gtr's are fast as hell in the 1/4 mile but our cars will catch, pass and then pull on them in the standing mile.
My standing mile time (best I can guess from the video) was 29.3 seconds 0-172mph...
Dads was faster than mine and had 9mph trap speed on me...

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Reducing the GTR to an "Altima w/AWD and a 'stupid' engine" says enough. Carry on.

No one is saying that one is "better" than the other. I'm just saying that stock for stock, the GTR is faster and Mod vs Mod the GTR is faster (drag or race track).
BTW, I have stated numerous times that I would take a C63 over a GTR if I had to pick only one car to drive.

Love these threads... The vid however tells all. The GTR got beat by a C63 with a tune. Ill take that to the bank any day. Stock GTR or Tuned GTR. Your talking about a 25K price difference and no one is buying the GTR or the C63 for its looks.

The c63 is my daily driver. 4 doors. Super comfy. Amazing sound...And it rips. long live the C63. Best bang for your buck.
When I find a better car for about the same price as the C63 I will buy it.
I'm out.

Listen here almighty authority and kiss a** of the NISSAN GTR: It does nothing for me. NOTHING. I have driven one, I have spent some time just esthetically/cosmetically, engineering-ly, and value-wise taking it apart in my mind and considering it. I have held my own in keeping up with its data, capabilities and reviews. ITS NOT ALL THAT. It does fine for itself, but its a hair on my nut s*ck when I compare it to other cars in that price range or even my MEASLY little C63 and it's capabilities. Everytime I see one I think nothing of it. IT LOOKS LIKE A DRESSED UP ALTIMA IN MY OPINION.
So I came here to state my opinion on it. You got a problem with that? I am not interested in taking any of your snippy remarks as if I am some highschool ricer kid or interested in having a forum debate on why I think what I think and I can give two Sh*ts what your assessment is on my opinion on the GTR.
Have a great Halloween and enjoy the rest of your Sunday night.

Because I had accident yesterday and I was thinking to trade my C63 with GT-R '11 next week if I get a good deal on it.

Please show me the "data" where a stock C63 outruns a stock GTR. Also show me an "Andy (MHP) C63" that runs a 205 mph mile or a 1/4 mile in 9.1 @ 163.
This is my final post in this thread (unless someone says something stupid).
The bottom line is that if you need to get from point A to point B ASAP, you pick the GTR. If that is not your sole mission, the AMG gets the nod.

I'm dying to run a stock GTR from a roll.
