Car headlights are flickering off and on while driving..
Started this evening on the way home. Also, car is feeling lethargic, like I have an anchor attached... Started this morning. I have no CEL or other warning lights...

if its just the lights flickering, you probably need a new Xenon bulb or the connection could be loose--this happened to me with my CLK when I had it.
It was within less than a year of new.
The lathargic part sounds a little strange and maybe unrelated--alternator?
call MB and get it checked out

Actually I have had this before, it only happened twice, and I wouldn't have even noticed it the first time if someone hadn't pointed it out. 2nd time I definitely noticed. These happened months and months apart from each other. The headlights, not the lethargic feeling.
When it happened to me, it wasn't a flicker though, it turned off for about 1 second then turned back on. Not sure what happen, not sure if anything's loose but I tried to reproduce and couldn't.

this has been happening to me but i have aftermarket bulbs and i believe its just the connection is loose!! i had to take them out and put my origional ones back in for now because the company i bought them from is sending me another set!

Well, I have not had a chance to drop off the car at the stealership, but the good news is that I suspect the lethargy problem was bad gas, It's back to normal, and I recently filled up (and by recently, since I am doing 100 miles a day.. I am using alot of gas.. ugg). I will keep an eye on it, and avoid said gas station.
