Product updates and whats coming soon
I thought I would take a moment and share with you guys what on the horizon for the 63 platform here at MBH. First off I would like to publicly thank all the guys who have help support MBH over the past few years grow from a one guy, AMG enthusiast, with an idea, to a legit compnay that is growing by the day. So a big thanks to you guys tried out the MBH product line or even given support in a theard. It means A lot
So.... We've got some cool things happening at MBH. 1, being that we are moving into a 5000sqf building soon. So thats exciting. Obviously still working and keeping our strong relationship with Dyno-Comp. So this new move should really open up a the room we need to just start banging out cool stuff.
Moving on to product development. Keeping with MBH's strong suites and thats metal work and fabrication. We've of a new secondary cat delete pipe that is due to hit the market early next week. I'm going to go out on a limb and say folks should expect about a 10whp or so gain over stock.
With this secondary cat delete pipe C63 owners will have the option of having a basic strait pipe option. To an integrated X-Pipe or H-Pipe. Or even an other set of resonators to keep the sound down a bit when you remove the secondary cats.
Then we will have some primary cat delete pipes coming soon that will install to the secondary cat delete pipes.
When it all comes out you will have some options for either just the secondary delete pipes, just the primary delete pipes, or both. The secondary cat delete pipes will hit the market first (next week I believe).
Moving on to some more exciting product development. We brought on a carbon fiber team. They have been working hard on some parts for the SL guys. Now I have them switching gears for you C63 guys.
We have already started the development of a new 63 carbon fiber airbox. We've taken into consideration peoples concerns with other styles of airbox's currently available.
Being affiliated with Dyno-Comp, We've seen every style of intake for a Mercedes run on our dyno. Some make some power some dont. We think we've got our own solution to the 63 air intake.
Last on the 63 project list for now is our own variation of the ram-air tubes. made out of carbon fiber of course. Not really much more to say on that as the mold is just being finished up. However our expectations are high for a cool product.
Anyway guys thanks a bunch
-Mike

Mike, congrats on the new facility.... 5000 sqft is HUGE
I read in another post (can't find it now) that you may also be attempting a new 4-into-1 header design... is this still on the agenda? If so, what is the expected timeline and price range?

Congrats Mike and wishing you continued success!
Are those DPs like the ones GT Pro came out with that bolts onto the stock exhaust manifolds? Also excited to hear about a new intake system. Hopefully it incorporates some of Renntech's runner design.

Sound great Mike!
Congrats on your new facility.
I can attest first hand about the quality of MBH and Dyno Comp's
products and they work as advertised.
