Anyone in So Cal interested in running their car this weekend?
California Speedway is open this Saturday @ 6am. It cost $20 bucks to run your car through the 1/4 mile.

All you need is a helmet,unless you're faster than 11.5 sec

If you need more info, you can refer to their web site or give me a call.

I hope some of you guys can go. The weather should be perfect unless it decides to rain.

Does anyone know if there are any upcoming opportunities to run on a 1/4 mile strip but on a Sunday or a Weekday?

What is the latest time that someone can run on the 4th at either Famoso or CA Speedway?

Please say 7pm I know, likely just wishful thinking.

^^^ yea a weekday would be nice, I couldn't find any information on fontana's weekday schedule. Could I just drive up?

Fontana (California Speedway) ends between 4:30 and 5 pm. Famoso is undetermined yet but most likely between 5 and 6 pm. Sorry

It's all good. Thanks for the info. I'm off by about 1 hour at Fontana and it's so close to me too. Oh well.

Hopefully, I can find a way to attend an upcoming CA rental.

I might be there, but I'm not going to use R/D tires.

I've never been to drag strip, though I will give it try to see the numbers before I get my car modded.

Do I need to register ?

Just show up in the morning and go through tech. There are lines, but, it's fun to watch the other cars run until its your turn.
