Where can I buy one of these shifter badges?
Anyone know where I could get one of the shifter badges from or something similar.
It is off an Edition 63 that was a limited release in Australia. It measures around 35mm

Does the command control knob just pull off? Is there a secret to getting them off without damaging?

I would love to get one of those shifter emblems - links please ! 
The Ebay products linked above are covers which are attached with 3M tape on the top of the original cotroller knob.

The shifter emblem is from a limited run of C63's released here.

I contacted Mercedes spare parts here in Australia and the emblem is not available on it's own. You have to buy the complete shifter and boot. Apparently a normal C class shifter is around $600 AUS so the AMG version would be considerably more.
