LED's for the DTM bumper????
Has anyone had any success finding a set of LED's that could be mounted on a DTM bumper in similiar fashion to what MB has done with most of it's new cars? I know it was being considered a while ago but that was when most MB had typical round fog lamps. If the new LED lamps from a C300 fit into the space is there a connector that would allow them to connect to the existing fog lamp wiring?

I think this kit of LED's is the best on this website
But I want to make sure that they will fit perfect. The problem is I'm not in the state to check what is the size.
Do you have the bumper ?

I like that bumper and those LEDs would make it look really nice, especially w/o fogs now.
I wonder how it would look in the cf part of the bumper really far down?
What were you thinking--seems pretty reasonable, I'd make a mock up version and test in the bumper ornjust buy 'em for $150 and try 'em out.
Where didnyou get the bumper and is that cf real or a wrap?
How's the fit?

Should look good with the carbon fiber louvered hood that will be here this week also.

That's going to look sweet
I was thinking the vents in cf would love great a la BS.
Can't wait to see the finished product--is the cf the same size and pattern as OEM cf?
Once my bumper gets enough chips I may go this route, it looks very aggressive, me likey

Hhughes--if you can take a pic of the bumper before painting that would be cool--closeup of the CF vents and pattern would be great.
It's gonna be sick, I can't wait to see the finished product.
Are changing the honeycomb-ish in the grill to match the mesh in the bumper?
Is that doable, I think it may look weird with the OEM honeycomb.
what did you do faresuae?

Good that you mentioned the mesh grill I really didn't like the one that came with bumper it get chips really quick and you can see everything behind the mesh (i.e wires, coolers ), I'm going to change it soon if I find SL65 Black Series mesh grill because it will look awesome.
