Forum wars is a joke. Have you seen the M5 vs M3 episode? The M5 owner didn't know enough to not run 20" wheels or turn his TC off for the 1/4 mile run. Seriously, where do they dig these guys up??? That is why they don't want Haji or Mike there. They want someone with no experience to show up ill prepared for any format of racing and get spanked my an M3.

They have a ringer for a driver who is having sponsored goodies added to his ride, and the c63 that is showing up has no lsd..for a road course, with an inexperienced driver and just a tune. That is retarded. Hopefully he respectfully declines and you guys roll down.

Ahh, got ya. If Dad's car is not ready to go then I understand.
My vote is for Mike or Hagi. Mike has spent a ton of money at the track and is always more than happy to help others with time and materials. Never met Hagi but he seems like a good guy and is a little less modified but running almost as fast. Either is a good choice.

I back our man as a fellow c63 owner, but you'll need to bring your A game for sure, don't put on your 20" dubs for this race....... practice practice practice.

Look, Forum Wars is not going to become a great show overnight. They represent a great idea. Their execution is sub-standard given their great potential.
In the case of the C63 vs M3, their handling of the matchup has been amateur night...
Here's the facts: MBWorld.org nominated Dodger63 or Mthis. Forum Wars considered this nomination. They were considering it even when the M3 that our nominated C63 was going to race had 650 rwhp and was like 600 lbs lighter than a C63. (Edit: initially, I said the ESS blown M3 was 600 lbs lighter than a stock M3, my mistake.)
C63 community said "lets do it." Dodger63 and Mthis were willing to drive halfway across the country to compete and get this, R E P R E S E N T our forum.
This is not a Forum War anymore.
The M3 guys can not ignore the facts, although many of them will try.
Bottom line, no one who matters (read: has a brain and is mature) will ever take this matchup seriously.
Driver skill is huge!!! And Tatorr doesn't have any. Our N O M I N A T E D drivers have great skill on the straight line track; less skill on the autox, but we as a forum were willing to send our best 1/4 mile drivers into a 3 part race, which includes events that our drivers have minimal experience in.
Dodger and Mthis wanted the test and thought it would be fun.
Plus, Tatorr's car doesn't have an LSD.
So, my advice, just look at this show for what it is: a silly and undesirable matchup.
