Who should represent MBW at The Forum Wars (C63 vs. M3)?
To clear up any BS surrounding nominations of the car and driver to represent our forum at The Forum Wars TV Shoot in Texas, I decided to post a poll.

I voted for Dodger63. No disrespect to Hagi but Dodgers car is more track prepared with more lighter parts and suspension work. You are going to need suspension options to compete on the slalom and road course. Mike can drive as well but just isn't as light as Hagi. Mike, you can use "S" mode on the track in any circumstances. I run in "S" mode road racing all the time.

Mthis and were going as a team! I thought mthis's car cause of the less mods.. But to me idc.. Who shows up! I would just like to see someone that would take it serious. I no its not so serious but imagine the banter from all the M guys if we don't whoop there butts in the straight line stuff. This to me was a commitment type of excersice were the participant would spend some time and money to get there car readyfor this event, I'm no rich guy, but this event would involve some investment. I was prepaired to throw an LSD new tires and any other necessary items I needed.. And also if it was mthis that was going we would've towed his car on my truck and switched out any parts we could've to make it better..
With that being said; I think we are wasting time now! This forum war is loaded they for some reason want it lop sided. If you take someone with no track esperience and throw him next to someone with allot of experience it's a failure to begin with.. Theres 100 techniques and tricks with these cars. The m3 has launch control on street tires that's going to help..
This is a loose loose situation from the beginning. Its extremely annoying to me that trattor hasnt started a thread. (ok guys now what). Asking advise and help on what he should do to be prepared. This is not an attack on him! Just racing are biggest rival on tv is important.

This is not happening and frankly the whole race will be a shame and a lie.
If FW goes ahead with a rigged race from the get go and don't follow their own rules, they not only lose all creditability, but I believe they can be SUED by both this forum and C63s owners for defamation and dilution of the AMG brand, etc. by promoting lies, lies, lies

In all seriousness, I'm sure the M guys would want this to be a little fair too. It proves nothing if it's one-sided to begin with. If they win as it is now, oh well, BFD.

I'm sure the M peeps do want to have the edge. In all reality, the only people who will see this thread are us and some of them. The general public will watch FW and think the c63 is a turd and give it no more thought. Then the fanboys on you tube will say " oh yeah, it was proven on forum wars that the m3 is better". I do think it was a great idea to get this poll on the charts before rather than after the event though.

Forum wars is a joke. Have you seen the M5 vs M3 episode? The M5 owner didn't know enough to not run 20" wheels or turn his TC off for the 1/4 mile run. Seriously, where do they dig these guys up??? That is why they don't want Haji or Mike there. They want someone with no experience to show up ill prepared for any format of racing and get spanked my an M3.
