The tracks start to open back up the end of Feb and early March around here and people have been asking me to do another track rental before the weather starts to warm up. We are targeting Friday Feb. 18th Same hours 9am-5pm and we will split lanes again so if you have drag radials or slicks bring them! 1 lane drag radial/slick and 1 lane street tires. If you have drag radials or slicks you can run either lane. This is done to preserve the track prep in one lane since street tires tear up all the VHT. Price will be $100/car as usual and same hours 9am-5pm. Gates open at 8:30AM. Lets hope for some good weather!

Honestly though, if I welcome to attend, I would love to just put all this BS aside and just race. I will tell you this, its getting me wanting to mod the C63 and I really had no plans beyond the tune and little things!! LOL

Come to an event and you will see that we all help each other go faster. Having guys like Mike and Hagi at an event would be priceless for other C63 guys trying to learn the ins and outs of drag racing the car. They know what they are doing!

I just got my benz last month and I would like to come out to play...I don't have LSD (yet).. Is it pointless to race until i get it? I have a couple other cars i could bring instead, but i really would like to 1/4 this car..

I think you will be alright without LSD at MIR. Drag radials will be more important. Also, I want to see your other cars run!!

I race the other cars at my local track 75/80....The cobra does a cosistant 11.50 @122 (street tire).. The Z runs high 9's..(pump gas). I drive all of my cars to the track.. A 9 sec pump gas car is pretty cool

75/80 is your local track? Me too! I live in Lake Linganore. Last summer, 3 of us went up there with 3 rather quick MBs, and they didn't know what to make of us.

We earned their respect by the end of the night, I'll tell you that.

I live in Laytonsville...75/80 is just a 10 mins from my house.. which is awesome when i break something !

I go to 75/80 sometimes too. Don't really like running my car there though. Do you know Boris with the white turbo BMW? He is there like every weekend!
