Huge fan of the sleeper sound. Most 63s sound horrifically unrefined and way too loud. This is definitely the classier approach and is the perfect marriage of power & sound IMO. If you did want to wake up the car you could replace the resonator with x-pipe, but other then that its perfect IMO.

Great job

when we do the KW's we'll make a video with the 300 cell cats removed for the ones who are running catless.

We'll also have a video of it on the dyno as well for everyone to hear...

Now if only KW would hurry up and get these damn coilovers here!

I can only dream of such a setup, so would this setup be quieter or louder than OEM mufflers? Thanks

This setup is significantly louder then OEM system. You can't tell how loud this car is from the video but it is scary when you rev.

Kws are in Ontario, CA! I'm tracking em like a kid tracks Santa Claus. Ironic that this was the first (and only mod I was thinking of doing) and it turns out to be the last one....

Comparing to this setup, the longtubes with a stock exhaust sounds like a chopper. The video does not quite project the "body" of the sound of this setup. Its like listening to a large church organ on your computer speakers. You'll still get the idea.

Mods:
MBH Full Length Tri-Y Headers
MBH Optional 300cpsi Catalytic Converter
MBH Optional Resonated Connecting Pipes
Stock Midpipe/Resonator
Akrapovic Slip-On Exhaust
Powerchip Tune
Quaife LSD
Vorsteriner Rear Diffuser

The Video

sound very good and very clean set up
