thank you zephyr!
the doors are easier as parts (b.c. they are so flat) BUT! taking off the doors to attain each piece.. death of me! i have a lot of di-noc left over perhaps i try doing one trim w.o removing it.. by lining up the top and putting it between the chrome and the beginning of my trim and then working down and then using the credit card tool thingy to get it in between the leather.. if one comes out well.. then i don't need to remove the door panels!
except.. those memory seats... ouch... guess ill keep you guys posted! as for the waterfall is was SO simple! everything came out so easy and took me about an hour to remove, cover, and re insert

I gotta say that the weave looks great and the pattern run looks very very clean. There was an install sticky, hope you checked it out. Nice job on the parts and install...

thank you again! and i did use the sticky, but for the doors it steal seems VERY tedious considering they recommend i get spare plastic clips/rivets b.c. they are very brittle i rather waste my time and a small piece of the di-noc seeing it i can manage to wedge it between the leather and chrome liner on the doors then take off the whole panel

i have a few pics of the process... can't really build a diy from the one's i have, but a rough personal photo cycle as i took everything apart and put back together.. ill update all once i get my doors done.. debating mabe going into the garage soon and starting off one pillar
i believe i'm going to take a paper cutter i have and then take a piece of di-noc cut it out the rough shape i need and then run the top of the di-noc along the paper cutter to give me a perfect seam line to run across the chrome liner (since i'm going to be experimenting if i can apply the di-noc without removing my door panels first) if i fail then it'll take longer to do everything since i'll need to set a day aside and take off my door panels..
as for how "crazy" i went.. i didn't :p
i only am planning to cover the stock trims, i think it looks cleaner and is the right amount required.. i'll have a LOT left over, one thing i WAS debating is ordering some more di-noc and doing the back of the seats, i think it will look cleaner if it all looks like one type of cf in my car instead of ordering the seat covers which all come in wet cf, plus.. its cheaper
once again.. photo's of everything when i am finished

Looks good! Was thimking about trying this with 3Ms new gloss carbon fiber. Its supposedly even more realistic looking than the Di-Noc, and glossy. 3M Scothprint 1080-CF12

$2600 for MB cf for half of the console lol. No cf on a/c vents, num pad, rear a/c vent, and tach meters. So for almost 3k, you get half of your "trim" in CF lol. But it sure does look good. I, myself, am enjoying it.

khmergod thank you! i just finished today (i can say teh HARDEST part.. is the memory seat section.. the rest you can do it in an hour and a half, the memory section alone.. one side an hour PER! and it still doesnt look how it should) like u said though... im paying nothing compared to getting it after market!
and obsidian best of luck! any help you require feel free to contact me when u do it! the waterfall is very simple and if you don't take the doors off patience on the doors if you do then it will be just as easy to wrap them as it will be in the waterfall.. when im telling you i've worked with vinyl before and this stuff is amazing.. a child can do it.. NO sarcasm on that comment i stand by it!
now here's the final outcome!

as you see here closely you can make out the rough edges of the vinyl.. without having the piece separate from the buttons (be removing the door panel) it is very hard, but that was the best i can do after 3 tries on it.. enjoy and comments and opinions are ll welcome!

Great skills & amazing outcome!! I also have a roll of CF Di-Noc laying in my room, but I didnt have the guts to wrap my OEM trim so I went for a CF trim overlay.

thank you roswell and SC!
roswell it's a LOT easier than u think.. and if u mess up.. peal it off and then go to the overlays.. give it a try first i promise you it's VERY easy... i didn't believe how easy it was and the outcome is amazing! like SC said.. in my eyes cf look achieved and w.o breaking the bank!

that's why its so amazing! the back of the material has a grid.. cut along the grid a perfect straight line.. put it flush against the chrome liner and then push down all the way to ure leather dnt be afraid (not the whole sheet, cut to cover the area only) push the whole vinyl down even onto the leather any bubbles come out very quick with this material.. if they dnt just pull back up and reapply.. when u get it right along the chrome edge and its all down and set... grab the heat gun and slowly heat all over you will see the vynil start to self sit between the leather and the wood.. it make a perfect "bubble" where the leather meets the wood.. so i cut softly along that area knowing its empty behind.. tell you what guys.. i'll take a video of me doing it! when i get a chance and post it! i have one more part to do! the passenger side's trims.. so ill show you guys
