(_AMG_, I'm not trying to steal your thunder, but I don't like to post links to other car forums on MBWorld.)
Here are a few that were taken by the vendor I dealt with, SR Auto Group in Vancouver, plus a couple I took with a point-and-shoot.

I think it looks really bad. The wheels don't go with the lines of the car at all. I feel sorry that you spent so much money and got such a weak look. Maybe you should ask someone for advice next time.

Carl, the wheels look amazing. Can't wait to see them mounted! The fitment is aggressive, but not overly aggressive as was stated by someone earlier. We verified fitment multiple times before delivering the set to Carl. They should look fantastic on your C63 
M40's are indeed not available anymore- they are replaced by P40 & P40S. Carl was lucky enough to get the last set of brand new M40's available in C63 fitment at nearly 50% discount off retail. We still have many sets available (at over 50% discount) for the S, CL, CLS, SL, & E class models. We also have one set of 19" M43's for the C-Class, however it was built for the non-amg's.
If you have any questions regarding the lug bolts, give me a call and I will gladly help you out! I can get them to you next day if needed
