New MCD Front Lip
Hi guys & gals here are some pics of my new MCD front lip. It is still winter here but I rolled the car out for a few quick shots. I used 4 aluminum pop rivets with aluminum washers on each side as well as the supplied 3M tape along the top mid section. It was a relatively easy install and I was happy about that because I thought it was going to be worse. I am happy with the quality of this product. My wife helped me line it up.
Thanks Mark

The car looks great with the lip... very classy & subtle on your black car. This lip looks like the Vath lip a lot.

Glad you like, thanks
The fitment is really pretty good. I think because of my install technique there is a very small gap dead centre (~ 3/16" 2 mm) that was not there when I first put it on. The gap was the thickness of the 3M tape and now is about double that. Hard to notice unless you look closely. I might try to fill it with some black RTV silicone or something. The rear corners hang out a bit at the top and you have to pull the lip in at the bottom rear corner and fasten in place. The top rear corners did pull in very snug with just a tiny gap. It seems acceptable if you look at the other gaps you can see between various pieces on the car. This seems to have pinched a little in the centre. I should have fastened it at the front corners first and worked my way back. There is enough play in the CF to get an acceptable fit. I am very happy with it.

Thank you.
Thanks. The CF is very subtle on the Tenorite (almost black). The lip does look a lot like the Vath lip, wonder where they got the idea..LOL
I have the CF grill covers to put on yet but didn't have any double sided tape. I hope that will flow up to my CF trunk lid (factory) spoiler and a CF diffuser that is not here yet. More to come.

^^ very well said! If it's not too noticeable, just leave it alone or it might get worst. Same problem with my front lip, but I learned to live with it since no CF parts are 100% perfect fitment.
