Thanks. Still messing with the format. I'll expand the categories once we get more data pooled.

Yes.

Wheel companies often weigh their wheels "bare" to show the lowest possible weight. I know the TPMS, hub-centering ring and center cap for each of my Forgestar Wheels weighed 0.175 lbs. combined. That's more than a 1/2 a pound for all 4 wheels (0.7 lbs to be exact). Every little bit counts. Look at all the guys that run titanium bolts on their 3-piece wheels.

I completely missed this one, although 58 lbs savings over the stock setup seems a bit high.

I weighed the complete system at Russell's place. It was only about a 15-lbs savings all-in. I'll wrote it down somewhere.

When I weighed the KW V3s, I recall there was at most a 5# total weight savings over the stock strut and springs.

At anytime feel free to correct me if I am wrong. I know that this thread is about OEM vs Aftermarket and the main purpose is to "save" weight for racing. I always remove my floormats when going to the track. They are a solid 8-10 lbs.
Again, I apologize if this is not strictly a OEM vs aftermarket but I know for sure that a lot of people would like to remove the floormats for weight savings.
