I love those seats, and those seats only...theyre sick!

BUT...not a fan of the coupe, 4 door definitely FTW! The rear kind of looks like the BMW 1-series

Some good side by side comparison shots of the 2012 C63 coupe and M3 coupe:

From some angles the C63 looks more aggressive, in others the M3 does.

M3 looks very dated and cheap compared to C63.

Dated, sure - but cheap, I don't know about that.

The side angle (middle picture) the M3 looks more aggressive with the pronounced middle hood dome.

The C63's domes you can barely see from the side, but it could also just be the color of the car and lighting combination.

This is all just mental masturbation to distract me from my 5 month wait for my C63...

Thanks for participating!

What dealer did you order your 2012 from? I've spoken with a couple in LA and they all claim that they don't have it in their system yet.

PM me, I'll give you his number.

(I don't want to spam his name and info on the web, call me paranoid)

I sat behind him while we configured the car in their ordering system.
The order has already been picked up by MB and I have a firm production date for 7/2011.

Does the 2012 have the same wheels as the Affalterbach Edition? I'm thinking of getting those wheels.

I spoke to my dealer and he didn't have a date for mine yet even though the order was placed in the system last month. he said they were having some supply chain issues due to the problems in Japan so they thought September or october now. I hope they stick to your July date!

For me, that might be the best angle of the car. Otherwise, it looks a very Honda Accordish. Still, an awesome car, though.

Thanks for sharing.

Well consider this. The c230 Sports Coupe launched far before the Honda Accord Coupe (of this gen). That same platform was then evolved into the CLC in non-American markets (upgraded to w204 styling cues).

The w204 launched over a year before the Accord Coupe (of this gen) did, providing the CLC with the looks that the Accord Coupe eventually would mimic.

These same lines were more or less carried over into the proper (new) C-Class Coupe.
