***NEW***C63 Black Series - NEW HI RES PICS UNDER THE HOOD

First Shots under the hood - Doesn't look like a 5.5TT for sure

5.5TT looks like this (for reference)

TWO SLS ROADSTERS in the background as well

AMBER LEDs under the headlights

Nice shot of the LED TAILS

Looks like 255.35.19 upfront. That would mean at least a 275 rear>>>>

The engine cover in the first pic, is not the same as the second pic.

**edit**

Misread. Thought you wrote "Does look like 5.5tt for sure"

100k is pretty steep for a C class, Looks pretty hardcore though.
I think the exclusivity and rarity of this car is going to justify the price.
For that kinda money I rather get a ZR1 or GT-R.

For sure.

ZR1
911 GT3
Audi R8
Viper SRT10 ACR
Tesla Roadster

I would get any of the above before I spend 100K+ on a Black Series C class. Just an opinion. For some its not about money.

If this car is that appealing to ya, have at it. I will drool for sure even though it wouldn't be my choice. Still gonna be sweet.

will a 5.5TT beat a 63 ( if they both had ECU tune ) ??????
due to the biturbo's i think they might, cuz any engine thats not N/A (either S/C or Turbo) + tunning will give it more horsepower.
cuz they both has same horsepower but 5.5 has TT while 63 is N/A
well thats just an opinion some may say not
if someone could light us with some of his thoughts, cuz some might change their car (like me :P) if 5.5TT beats a 63

With a limted production run of about 350 units (as with other Black Series models) i dont think price will be a concern to move those units

100K PLUS I don't think anyone said 100K. I just don't want to put a price on it. So 100K PLUS was what I'm saying. Probably be around 125K if I had to guess.

God bless them for sure. There will be a market for it. I think most who have the current C63 wont be in that market.

Big difference from 75K to 125K for a C class.

I think 135K MSRP on the CLK63. I would wait also if it had the 55TT.. even then MAYBE. The big reason I own the C63 is for the 4 door.

=======

Either way its a hot car and I will be jealous of those who get it. Its just not for me in that price range. To many other cars I would get.

Here is what my dealer said when I asked to be put on the list for the C63 BS:

"when and if it ever comes out your name will be at the top of the list, don't forget top of the list is 20K over"

Haha! I think he was maybe HALF joking.

In the LA market where demand will be high, and supply will be low people will have no problem paying well over the MSRP. (I wont do it)

Whoever said this is going to be a $90,000 car is high on crystal meth.
