Longtube headers without tune
My MBH longtube headers and catless mods are almost installed. Unfortunately though it doesn't look like I can get the header matched tune today.
My question to you guys is this: since I'm currently running the stock, untuned ecu, am I safe driving home from San Diego to Los Angeles this way? I know my check engine light will be on, but I want to make sure I'm not doing any longterm damage to my motor if I only drive at partial throttle. The tune will be installed in the next couple days, so just making sure that conservative driving in the meantime won't harm anything.
Please lete know asap!!!
Thanks!
