bluetooth question

hi guys. just picked up a 2009 c63. i'm having trouble transferring my contacts on my cell phone to the car. the bluetooth works great, but i just can't figure out how to transfer the contacts. do only smart phones transfer info? because i am using a p.o.s. sanyo phone right now. any help would be appreciated. TIA. AL

Of course if you have option 518, you can do it via a media interface plus. This works with iPhone and bb. May work if your phone supports sending contacts via blue tooth.

The only other option is to purchase the Media Interface Plus (MIP) from Mercedes, I have it on my MY10 C63, and have transferred all my contacts in the COMAND. But not really sure if it's compatible with MY09. I have looked at two different compatibility chart, one says it is, and other says it's not.
