(Final Dyno) ACG Build: C63 Weistec Stage 2
Here are the final results for ACG's Stage 2 build. We would like to thank ACG and owner Jim for being a great group of guys. The car had a few minor electrical issues that we sorted out over the past few days. What ended up being a faulty crank position sensor proved to be a real pain to diagnose. We made a few pulls yesterday in very hot weather and had to call it an early day. This morning we headed back to the dyno and below are the results…
-Weistec Engineering
-Weistec Stage 2 Supercharger System
-Weistec 5 axis CNC ported heads
-91 Octane
-MBH headers, MBH offroad x pipe, Akrapovic Catback
-K&N filters

wow! Great job ACG and Weistec.
A little patience and you shall be rewarded.
Impressive numbers. Will this car ever see track time?
This is certainly making my decision much easier. Have to start
saving my pennies.

Question for Weistec.
Isn't that A/F ratio on the rich side? Couldn't you have leaned it
out just a bit and made some more power?
Based on the graph it looks like it started very lean and
finished off at 11:1.
How did you log the A/F ratio? tailpipe sniffer? If so, this would
explain the lean condition at low rpm's.

Amazing numbers. Weistec is really delivering performance numbers at a level not seen with out a huge shot nitrous.

Outstanding results gentlemen. Can't wait to see some real life video of this beast.
Now just imagine a C63 BS with this Stage 2 and the track package.
Must....resist....temptation.....

Congratulations Weistec, incrediblenumbers. All those goodies certainly gets you even bigger numbers than the 510hp at the wheels that i got from Stage 1...might have to upgrade

Mike you wont regret it if you do this... I'll even fly out if you want me to help out the NY guys.
A/F readings were from the Tailpipe... could have leaned it out a little more but honestly with the gas we have here in California.. its better to be on the safer side then on the upper limits.

Awesome Numbers! Was the client oppose to a meth kit? Boost based ramp up on the aqua-mist kits are real nice and have alot of failsafes built in. How are the IAT's?
