Can factory options be installed after delivery?

I'm just curious, though I'm pretty sure the answer is "no" or "ridiculously expensive," but can the dealer install factory options after I have already taken delivery of the car? Specifically I'm thinking about the Smart Key and push engine start, and possibly the parking sensor/rear view camera (basically the premium package).

not sure I'd want the dealer installing something like smart key.

Reverse camera is pretty easy, some of the others, not so much.

+1

I bought a new car one time that had every option but navigation. they wanted 6 or 7 thousand dollars to install the factory unit. an alpine navigation was 1 thousand

You can install quick park which is an accessory add-on. It's only an audible alert and only works with the rear bumper though.

Would work out cheaper, and avoid the aftermarket installation being a hatchet job, to trade your current car in on one with the options you seek already fitted

I previously owned a 2009 C63 without keyless-go and pushbutton start because it was not available for this model year! I looked into aftermarket system or even a factory install, but it is very expensive $5,500+ and complicated! On the other hand, not many dealership can do it! Now I have a 2011 C63 with smart key function and love it, one of the reasons to get a later model!
I am glad I didn't invest so much money in my former car!
Rearview camera and other systems are not so expensive or complicated to be installed!

Best regards
