You are talking about MHP. yes, they are able to produce 100 HP extra on US spec cars without preformance package. MHP tune only rating for the M157 is around 626HP and 900NM, which is a massive gain. MHP is the way to go if your looking for a tune only.
Carlsson have a 650 HP package which include an ECU tune and some downpipes.
