Why WAS THE FLUID MOTOR UNION THREAD CLOSED.
I Would like to chime in on fluid motor unions efforts to resolve my situation with my car. I can only say that customer service to a new customer was good, But since the first time I had problems it went down hill and it went down hill fast. My experience and my opinion as they may look and speak as a promising Indy shop THEY ARE NOT!!!. Unfortunately my stupidity gave them the benefit of doubt time after time after time. I should have figured it out the first time me and a few buddy's went to there shop and were offered to have a few "free" dyno runs on are cars when my buddy's S4 was not properly secured and flew off the side of the dyno almost killing the shop owner. Or maybe the time I installed my 180mm asp pulley that had major wobble in it that caused my belt to shred to pieces and tear up my heat shield underneath my hood that I replaced. Or maybe the headers that were installed and built incorrectly causing the secondary pipes to rub against my steering knuckle everytime I made a right hand turn, the solution to that from them (Fluid Motor Union) was to grinding down my steering knuckle shaft and beating the secondary pipe down with a torch and Prybar!!!! That I noticed after I removed the headers and inspected this myself. Ooh and not to mention o2 sensors that were installed upstream to down stream and down stream to upstream and dyno tuned with the car running extremely lean. Best part was is I blew my motor and that's when the excuses started they even went as far as towing my car to them to diagnose the problem which took them another 3 weeks before I was fed up with there b.s and towed the car back to my shop where I was forced to install another motor. Ooh but the did offer to install the 8k motor for nothing you know cause they were doing me a favor. THANKS FLUID MOTOR UNION!!!! AGAIN THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE AND THESE ARE MY VIEWS OF THESE MATTERS AS THERE IS ALWAYS 3 SIDES TO A STORY: MY SIDE, THERE SIDE, AND THE TRUE WHICH TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND WHAT I CAN REMEMBER IS THE TRUTH. MY OPINION OF THEM IF I WERE TO GIVE ONE IS MOVE ON TO THE NEXT INDY/SPEED SHOP AND DON'T LOOK BACK.

What proof would you like me to show i pulled the motor intake box and cylinder 8 were covered in oil and smoking out of the exhaust, o2 sensors were installed backwards and i noticed this before motor was pulled and replaced the wiring harness to the upstream o2 sensors had no slack in the wiring and the downstreams were zip tighted in a loop once i checked my all data and noticed the o2 sensors wiring colors were diffrent from upstream to downstream i flipped them(o2 sensors) and they sat in there original position and wiring clips. As far as the headers i can dig up my pics of the quality work they did and show you how they stat they resolved the issue in a non business like way.

If your making a thread like this might as well go all out and provide some pics backing up your claim.
I am not calling you a liar just want to see some pics depicting the damage done to your car.

Weird, not once in your post did you mention that you tried contacting them (FMU) first. Always good to see people who attempt to resolve matters privately before suddenly whipping out the flame thrower.

If you read correctly they had my car for over 3 weeks diagnosing the problem did u miss that part. And prior to me bringing the vehicle to the dealer i had Mike M and another employee of fluid motor union come by to check the car out because it could not be driven at the time when he came by the brainbox was taken from the vehicle by fluid and sent out to be inspected. Only reason i took the vehile to the dealer was cause i was hoping warranty would have resolved the problem as i was informed by fluid that they assure the tune was not the problem. So i figured they would'nt b.s me but i was wrong.

Funny thing is i contacted fluid several times and was never able to get ahold of the shop owner (O.J) till the day they came to my shop and picked up there headers with a check in had. i mainly dealt with Mike Marzano not sure if thats his correct last name. They were not as much help as they say there are and were.

wow you literally posted this at the worst time. Some dude just got pwnt pretty bad for ALL TALK AND NO SHOW/PROOF.
If you want anybody here to believe a word you say, I'd suggest you post up the evidence. Fast.
Otherwise, BS.

Slightly off-topic... but what is it with rants that people don't bother structuring their post with paragraph breaks?
Make your point coherently and more folks just might read it.

I think we should hear all sides of the story before dismissing the OP as a liar. Hopefully FMU will come on here and explain what happened, as they showed very good level of customer service in the other thread

I don't think OP is a liar.
He just chose a bad time to rant about this especially after that last thread. People will be more skeptical than usual.
The fact that this happened a year ago and is choosing to bring it up now is a little fishy too.
Js sayin....
