Hello, just got the new C63 AMG
. I just thoroughly checked and they did an awesome job. I wish I could keep the single spokes but they said it has to go back to Germany.
Our C63 will be delivered with the 19" multispoke rims which come with the P.P......but I'm not sure I like them, however I didn't have much of a choice as I wanted 19"......had your rims been available in 19", I would've specified them for sure.......especially for ease of cleaning inner rims & calipers!
Cheers, Pickles.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I have not driven my c63 for three days now and I'm having withdrawal symptoms like constantly shaking my throttle (right) leg and lead foot.

Bring up a good point, wonder if I can get the 19's into the deal...what price thru the dealer?
We have ordered a sedan, with P.P., L.S.D. & Comfort Package.
It appears that the Aussie cars have some items standard, which are optional in other markets. There are of course two version of the multi-spoke wheels....the polished alloy finish version & the black versions....the former comes standard with the P.P. in Aus, but the black versions are around $1600 extra. For the 2010 car, there was no extra charge for either of these wheels, so I'm at a loss to know why they've now slapped an extra cost on the black version.......maybe to simply get rid of surplus stock of the polished items?
Anyway, I do think the C63 looks better on 19s....fills out the guards better IMHO, I prefer original equipment, so that's why I went for these wheels.
Cheers, Pickles.
great looking car, I really like the Carbon Interior. Finishes the inside off nicely.
The red is a little much for me, either wheel looks great. Glad to see you got what you wanted with regards to the wheels.
There was a daily radio program titled "Greenbottle" about a school class.....in this program, a new pupil arrived whose name was Pickles.....so that's the name they gave me......I'm still known by that name, by my old school mates!
Cheers, "Pickles".
thanks. And I totally agree with you regarding the wheels. For some reason, the newer twin spokes look lame in pictures but they do look nice in person and the older one looks unique and aggressive among others. But in all honesty, for me they are not significantly better than the other. I look at them in detail and I appreciate the little things like the double line on the twin spokes lip. And as you said it, it is what should have came with the car and I like the fact that it helps separate it from the 2011 and previous model year. Being they are still both 18" rims, I think c63's should have come with at least 19" wheels as standard.
