New body?

New body?
Hello,
I've been on this forum for quite sometime. Haven't been active recently but I said this in the past and I will say this again, you guys are one of the most polite and mannered people I've seen. Thank you.
I am in my mid 20s, I work hard, and I am not rich. Well, rich enough to be able to afford a C63.
It's been my dream to buy this car ever since I was 18. I've seen the C-class evolve from that time and up until today.
I was very tempted to buy the 2011 C63 model but then I read here about speculation that the new body will emerge. A lot of people advised that why would you wait since there will always be a "better" thing around the corner. That would be true, if you're buying the iPad 2 (if anyone is buying that by the way, hold your purchase, iPad 3 is coming out in a few months).
But when you pay around $80k for a car, you better have the latest!
I am impressed with the interior changes that they've made, but I can't help but beg the question, when will the body completely change? I know it's around 6 years if I am not mistaken and obviously the difference from 2011 to 2012 is not major, so do you guys think in a year or two a completely new body will emerge?
Again, sorry to reiterate, I am not rich, and my father is not paying for this so please understand why I would want to get the latest model. I wish I had excess money I'd change every year but I am expecting this car to last me a good (at least 6 years).
Thank you and sorry if this was lengthy.

Hmm, Does AMG have the one year gap between when they kill of a model and when we see the new model? If they introduce the car in 2014, it should hit stateside around spring 2015. Of course, this is all if the world doesn't end in a month.

The local dealer showed me a picture of the smaller CLS and said MB told them this is what the next C series would look like. They said many were calling it the next B series but that it was in fact the expected design for the next C class of cars.

Identical: No ... but similar.
2008-2009 = no red calipers with performance package.
2010-2011 = new rear view mirror
They always change lil features every year, but the overall look are similar, not identical... you can't go wrong with either years... it all depends on your budget.
If you dont like the facelifted 2012, I'm sure you can get a new or lightly used 2011.

From what I've read, the BLS will be on the new B class platform. It would make more sense if it was on the C class platform. Idk we will see soon what it looks like.
