X Pipe, Row Airboxes, AFE Dry Filters Video Clip.

Installed an X Pipe to my current setup..

here's a sound clip (cold start) with X pipe

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgyHK...ature=youtu.be

Car is much higher pitched then before... I kind of miss the low growl/bark... But car feels quicker from 3000-6000 RPM.

Compare before X pipe installation

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZV5a8fhcts

Enjoy!

yeah you might want to remove the resonator, i have mine removed on an otherwise stock exhaust system and its an even deeper louder bark than the stock tone

I just had the MBH X-pipe put on and its tooooo quiet for me Dont get me wrong, it sounds great, I just can barely hear it when driving around. At wot it is a bit louder but other than that, it's just a few db's louder than stock

That's more like it!

Does someone make resonator deletes or is this a custom thing done at an exhaust shop?

thanks!

Will this make the car drone inside the cabin? Will it pass inspection? How does one go about removing them?

I can't speak for drone as I have no experience with this mod, but you would be fine with passing inspection as the resonator is in the cat bac portion of the exhaust system.

Will an exhaust shop make the x pipe and straight pipes? Or would I have to purchase the pieces and take it in

No, it wont make it drone but it will give the car a more aggressive tone.
It will pass inspection with no problem.
Removing the resonators is really easy. You have to cut them off and weld a X pipe or straight pipe in its place (I went with straight pipes). Any experienced muffler shop can do this.

FYI

Magnaflow makes a great 3" XPIPE. 90$ delivered.

Maybe someone can elaborate as to how MBH is somehow better. X Pipe, Row Airboxes, AFE Dry Filters Sound Clip.-image.jpg
